My Project

For my senior project, I plan to explore New York City through photography. I will research the city as well as various ways to create photography books and prints, then travel to New York where I will attend photography workshops provided by New York Photo Safari as well as individual shoots. I hope to study photography in college, and this project will allow me to not only pursue my passion for photography but also to further develop my photography skills and my knowledge of different photographic styles.

By the end of the project I plan to have a series of digital and film images from New York. I will create a printed book as well as 3-5 acrylic, wood, and metal block prints. I will create an online book to present my images as well as blog posts about what I spend my time doing each day.
